The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs. We will discuss the costs of your treatment in advance so that you can make the very best decision for you.

As a courtesy, we accept most insurance plans and will happily help you with your claims. If you have any specific questions concerning your insurance coverage, we recommend that you contact your human resources professional or your insurance provider directly.

Once reimbursement of services is received, you will be informed if there is a credit on your account or if a balance is due. Any uncovered amounts or unpaid claims are the responsibility of the patient. For your benefit, we accept payment in the form of cash, debit and credit (Visa, or MasterCard).
