First Visit
Welcome to our office! If this is your first visit, we’re excited to meet you and introduce you to our friendly team. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know you and to discuss your oral health needs, as well as the various procedures that might benefit you.
When you arrive, there will be some paperwork to fill out. To make the process as smooth as possible, we recommend arriving about 20 minutes before your appointment. This will give you plenty of time to complete your patient form and share your dental and medical history with us. If you have any X-rays or records from a previous dentist, please bring them along. And, if you have dental insurance, don’t forget to bring your insurance card or the details of your insurance provider, including your subscriber or group number.
For our younger patients under 16, a parent or guardian must accompany them to their first appointment. If you’re pregnant or have any medical conditions such as high blood pressure or diabetes, please inform us ahead of time so we can ensure your treatment is safe and tailored to your needs.
During your initial exam, our dentist will review your dental health history and perform a thorough examination of your teeth, gums, and mouth, checking for any signs of decay, swelling, or sensitivity. We’ll also give your teeth a professional cleaning, and if necessary, take X-rays to get a full picture of your oral health.
Once the evaluation is complete, our dentist will discuss the findings with you and go over any treatment options that may be needed. We’re committed to helping you achieve and maintain optimal oral health, and we’ll provide a clear treatment plan that fits your needs.
